2. About our services

Softformation provides custom software engineering services, including web and mobile development, cloud solutions, and AI systems (such as GPT/LLM integrations, RAG, agents, and automation). We are a services company — not a consumer app store or public SaaS platform. Project scope, fees, timelines, deliverables, and acceptance criteria for paid work are defined in a separate proposal, statement of work, or agreement.

3. Website use

You may browse our website for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or data
• Disrupt the website or related infrastructure
• Scrape or copy content at scale without permission
• Use the site to send spam or malicious material

4. Intellectual property

For client projects, ownership of custom code and deliverables, plus any licensed third-party components or open-source libraries, is governed by the signed project agreement.

Business and technical information shared during discovery or delivery should be treated as confidential by both parties and, where required, under a separate NDA or project agreement.
